About the programme
The Swiss Klaus Huber is one of the most important and influential composers of our time. His work “Sonne der Gerechtigkeit”, composed 25 years ago, has not been performed since its premiere in Riehen near Basel. Jörg-Hannes Hahn, Artistic Director of “Musik am 13”, has had the manuscript typeset and now conducts the first German performance. The Stuttgart Pastor Eberhard Schwarz updates the texts to the present day, and Katharina Rikus, the composer’s daughter, introduces the work.
